Best Cafe in Dalton

Hidden Gem! At first I just said oh just another local low price restaurant. Wow was I wrong. The food is great. I had the smoked brisket and the wife had the pot roast. They were both super good. The German cake and banana pudding for dessert were very good also. We will be back for sure.

Breakfast was delicious! We ordered The Oakwood plate 2 eggs, bacon, grits and rye toast. He got Veggie omelet. We also tried the Sweet potato pancake with pecans. That was my Favorite! I like it better with no syurp. We also brought home today's special, Beef tips on rice with Black eyed peas and corn casserole. Yummy!

Best food we’ve had our whole trip! We were just traveling through while on vacation. So glad we stopped! Delicious, hot, and flavorful food! And the food came out incredibly fast, even despite several people being there. The fries were so fluffy & crispy! Next time we come through this way we are definitely stopping. Thank you!

Loved it! Loved how patient they were with me when I ate breakfast there with my daughter before she went back to Statesboro. They let sit there as long as we wanted, no complaints. Great staff! Great food! Great atmosphere!

Great experience at this diner this morning. Had the Godzilla omelette with biscuit and gravy, OJ and coffee. Just added a pancake. Neighbor table ordered one... Huge! Filled the plate. Kitchen is really fast. Tasty food.
